Due to the customized nature of our storybooks, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personalization choices. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will replace any damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your book arrives damaged, has printing errors, or is defective.

Action: Contact us within 14 days of receipt for a free replacement.

Wrong Product Shipped

If you receive a different story theme than what you ordered.

Action: We'll ship the correct book and provide a return label for the incorrect one.

Change of Mind

Not Eligible

If you simply change your mind about the story theme or personalization.

Action: Not eligible for refund due to personalized nature of product.

Personalization Errors (Your Fault)

If you provided incorrect information (wrong name, photo, etc.).

Action: Please review carefully before ordering. Not eligible for refund.

If we made an error in the personalization (wrong placement, quality issues).

Action: Contact us for a free replacement with correct personalization.

Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed by shipping carrier or customs.
